About the Artist: Moshe Bursuker
Set in the cold yet beautiful winter of the North East, Moshe Bursuker captures the beauty of line and form in this solid cast glass sculpture. The solid glass acts as an optic to the detailed carving of the glass incased within it. The casting is attached to a Hefty stainless steel base.
Moshe's art is inspired from his love of photography and sculpture. The marriage of these two disciplines creates intriguing pieces that involve a complicated carving method onto glass, derived from digital images. He uses image themes ranging from city architecture to natural landscapes.
